BLACK BEAN BROWNIE COOKIES

1 can (15oz) Black Beans > Drain and rinse
2 tablespoons :
Olive Oil
Peanut Butter
Milk
Brown Sugar
Using a food processor, blend all of the above ingredients, and then add….
5 tablespoons of coco powder
3 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
1/3 cup of honey
Blend until smooth. It will have a texture similar to that of mousse.
On a non-stick baking sheet, bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let them cool, or eat them warm!! Yuuummm!

You can add a hand full of chocolate chips, or just push a few into the tops of each cookie. Or hey! Even try adding walnuts or whatever you like!
To make this healthier cookie even more nutritious, considering using organic black beans (no added salt) coconut oil, all natural peanut butter, almond milk, and whole grain flour.
