There is an overwhelming amount of fitness content across all social media platforms. For some, its a motivator to exercise; for others it increases their body dissatisfaction. How does it impact you?

Although I work out of my own volition I would say I am inspired by fitness content on social media. And I also feel inspired by fitness instruction content on social media.
Only YouTube motivates me, because there are lots of good workouts. Of course, I’m looking for that, so I guess I was motivated before. But seeing a post on Facebook, IG, not so much.
